Job Overview

The NPC/Sandman Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated **Guest Service Supervisor** to oversee our front desk operations and ensure exceptional service for our guests. This is a **permanent position** requiring a commitment of **40 hours per week**.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with special requirements to enhance their experience.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Supervise and manage front desk staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Perform front desk duties, including check-ins and check-outs.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for team members.
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of **5-10 individuals**.

Technical Skills

Proficient in **MS Outlook** and other relevant software.

Work Environment

Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced environment** with attention to detail. The role requires standing for extended periods and managing tight deadlines.

Qualifications
