Our client is a well-known financial institution with a strong presence in North America. We are in search of a highly skilled Technology Lead to join their vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and implement strategies to achieve business goals
  • Break down business requirements and transform them into detailed design specifications and code
  • Evaluate the consequences of design decisions on the product/service being developed (e.g., performance, schedule, budget) and propose alternative solutions if necessary
  • Suggest and implement solutions following thorough analysis of issues and their impact on the business
  • Collaborate with experts from various business areas to gather insights, plan development, define requirements, and establish timelines
  • Independently analyze to resolve strategic matters
  • Cultivate productive relationships with internal/external stakeholders for alignment
  • Interact with key business and technology stakeholders to outline, analyze, and deliver requirements that meet business and customer needs
  • Assess different solutions' costs and benefits, and recommend suitable designs
  • Assist in resolving production issues, including root-cause analysis and diagnosis
  • Develop solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and in line with shared objectives
  • Propose or automate methodologies to streamline tech processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for improving development capabilities through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and community building
  • Stay updated on industry trends through involvement in professional associations and self-learning

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent industry background
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming and practical experience
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing high-volume, high-availability applications with extensive automation
  • Display strong facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Able to comprehend both abstract and concrete concepts and present them effectively to the relevant audience
  • Quickly grasp organizational dynamics and management priorities to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
