Our client is a well-established financial institution with a significant presence in North America. We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Lead to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:


Assess and implement initiatives to achieve business objectivesDecompose business requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications and codeEvaluate the impact of design decisions on the solution/product/service being developed (e.g., performance, schedule, budget) and suggest alternative solutions if neededRecommend and implement solutions based on thorough analysis of issues and implications for the businessCollaborate with subject matter experts across the business to gather input, plan development, define requirements, and set timelinesConduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issuesCultivate effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignmentEngage with key business and technology stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements that meet both business and end-customer needsAssess the costs and benefits of different solutions and recommend appropriate designsProvide support for production issues, including root-cause analysis and diagnosisDevelop solutions that are supportable, scalable, and align with our shared goalsRecommend or automate approaches to streamline technological processes and improve operational efficiencyIdentify opportunities to enhance development capability through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and building communities of practiceStay informed about industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations and individual learningQualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering and or equivalent industry experienceDemonstrated strong programming skills and hands-on experienceProven and demonstrable experience designing and implementing high volume, high availability applications with a very high degree of automationDemonstrate strong facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skillsDemonstrate ability to easily deal with both abstract and concrete concepts and be able to reconcile them for the appropriate audience and contextQuickly understand organizational dynamics and management priorities, and to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven companyNote: Position is for Limitless Staffing's client that will remain undisclosed until applicant is selected for interview.
