As the Performance Marketing Manager at Carbon6, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth through data-driven performance marketing prospecting, including cold outbound, sales outreach automations, and paid media.

Performance Marketing includes all ads (Google, Meta, etc) and outbound new customer acquisition email campaigns initiated and run for Carbon6 for the purposes of directly acquiring new customers.

Architecting performance marketing function around cold email, advertising, event, social and warm nurturing to desired conversion action (meeting, audit, etc).

Build marketing automation to assist sales in setting up meetings build automation following demo to encourage lead to take action.


Data Analysis & Reporting:

Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.

Provide actionable insights derived from data analysis, suggesting improvements in strategy and execution. Set and monitor KPIs for all advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency with business objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to build & maintain segmented lists for outreach, including cleaning and enriching existing data sources.


Budget Management:
Oversee the advertising budget, ensuring optimal allocation across various channels and campaigns. Forecast budgetary needs based on historical data and projected growth, ensuring efficient ad spend.
Consistent growth in ROI from advertising campaigns. Expansion of Carbon6's digital footprint and brand recognition within the ecommerce tech space.

Proven Performance Marketing Experience:

Proficient in performance marketing principles, tools (including Instantly and HighLevel), and best practices within saas and/or ecommerce industry ideally.

Proven track record in planning and implementing impactful performance marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Skilled in analyzing campaign performance data to make informed adjustments and ensure alignment with objectives and budgets.

Possesses a data-driven mindset and strong proficiency in extracting actionable insights from analytics tools.

Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills:
Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, facilitating clear alignment of marketing strategies with organizational goals.
