Rose Rocket is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join our Marketing Team.

This role will be responsible for leading our growing Product Marketing organization and will be essential in expanding on the foundations and artifacts needed to bring our product to market more effectively.

Intersecting between Product, Marketing and Sales, this position has influence across Product and Go-to-Market strategy leveraging knowledge of industry and customer trends and transforming them into actionable tools, messaging, and strategy that is beneficial to our customers and stakeholders across the company.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale the Product Marketing organization, enhancing rituals, best practices, and systems, that will set the foundation for an effective team
  • Become a product expert for the Rose Rocket TMS and set the standard for how we position, message, and launch our products and features
  • Deeply understand our users and customers and market to become a voice of the market in order to positively impact product and GTM strategy
  • Develop compelling messaging, competitive differentiation, and impactful storytelling around our features and product offerings
  • Lead the development and execution of gotomarket strategies for existing and new product feature releases to ensure launch excellence and success
  • Develop enablement artifacts to empower Sales and Customer Success teams with playbooks, customer stories, competitive positioning, and a strong feedback loop

What you will bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 1+ year as a people leader
  • Strong business insight; problem solver with project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong writing skills and ability to translate technical concepts and features into simple messages that our customers can understand and resonate with
  • Excellent ability to shift from strategic to tactical to get the job done
  • Good relationship management as you will engage with stakeholders across several different functions as well as externally in order to be successful
  • A strong customercentric approach you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand and product
