Objectives of this Role

  • Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our portfolio of products to customers
  • Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under mínimal supervision
  • Maintain filing system, contact database and lead database
  • Provide support to office and other staff members and departments as needed.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product return and warranties
  • Filing, invoicing and customer statements
  • Arrange and schedule shipments and deliveries
  • Build expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services
  • Research information using available resources to satisfy customer inquiries

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma/ college
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, multitask, manage time and prioritize
  • Able to work individually and as a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Inside Sales / CSR experience
  • Abatement/Safety industry experience is an asset

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested

Job Types:

$22.00-$25.00 per hour
