Position Overview:
  • Monitor daily performance and troubleshoot production issues
  • Develop schedules to meet production objectives
  • Identify and drive process efficiency improvements
  • Develop and maintain Extraction Department SOPs
  • Communicate organization's objectives and vision
  • Collaborate with other business functions
  • Foster a team culture focused on safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
  • MSc./BSc. degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years experience in laboratory or production environment
  • 2+ years experience in team management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail
  • Commitment to safety and high-quality results
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Experience in cannabis industry is an asset
  • Physically fit with ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Working Conditions (On Site)

Performed at the production facility in Aylmer, Ontario

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
