As a
System Administrator - AWS Workspace Administrator, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support on the AWS Workspace platform.

Your mission includes managing, supporting, and implementing new features within the AWS Workspace environment.

As a crucial member of our IT infrastructure group, you'll play a pivotal role in structuring, growing, and adapting our evolving endpoints environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with various business departments and IT teams to understand their requirements on a business level.
  • Propose tailored solutions in alignment with business needs, working collaboratively with IT teams.
  • Implement, create, and manage virtual gold images in AWS Workspace.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for the AWS Workspace environment.
  • Contribute to the evolution of solutions within this infrastructure.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies on the market.
  • Develop, document, plan, structure, and lead initiatives to enhance the AWS Workspace environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS cloud administration.
  • Proficiency in imaging concepts and technologies.
  • Experience with Terraform scripting (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Familiarity with software packaging and automation.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Understanding of Agile, DevOps, ITIL methodologies, and processes.
