TikTok Creator Marketing Solutions (TCMS) is responsible for the TikTok Creator Marketplace as well as the products, programs, and services that enrich creator marketing on TikTok, such as our Creator Marketing Partners, Managed Service Providers, and our suite of branded content tools.

The Business Development team will play an integral part in connecting clients with the right TCMS products, programs, and services to yield successful business outcomes.

The role of the team is to advise on best-in-class creator collaborations for brands on TikTok, educating both internally and externally on what great creator collaborations look like, and how clients can make the most of the limitless creativity, innovation and fun that TikTok creators provide.

We are looking for a Creator Strategy Consultant to join our Business Development team focusing on driving brand and creator collaborations across our Canadian Advertiser Partners.

As a member of the team, you are expected to drive consultative engagements with C-level executives to produce enhance creator programs through our suite of products and services.

Responsibilities - What You'll Do

  • Facilitate creative account planning to produce strategic direction for client portfolios with plans on how to execute against them.
  • Demonstrate the benefits related to collaborating with TikTok creators to produce video content.
  • Partner with our Global Business Solutions Canada team to unlock value for their clients through TCMS Solutions.
  • Drive monetization opportunities for TikTok Creators by seeking Content, Social, and PR budgets within named clients.
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop effective strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience;
  • Expert knowledge of social media, digital and mobile marketing, influencer marketing a plus;
  • Creative, outsidethebox thinker and strategist;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A team player and collaborator;
  • Passion for TikTok creators, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
