  • Exceptional English oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Can work well with others and communicate openly with staff and owner
  • Maintaining and updating files and records
  • Willing to take on a leadership role to make day to day business decisions
  • Answering calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
  • Using office equipment like facsimile machines, printers, photocopiers, and computers
  • Organizing A/R and A/P daily activities
  • Arranging appointments and managing calendars
  • Organizing day to day operations with sales reps and customers
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and issuing checks
  • A good background in Accounting
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment

Job Types:

$16.00-$22.00 per hour
