Nous recherchons un directeur marketing dynamique, expérimenté et axé sur les résultats avec un amour pour le plein air pour se joindre à notre équipe et superviser les stratégies et initiatives de marketing pour Arbraska, notre réseau de parcs d'aventure au Québec. En tant que responsable marketing, vous serez responsable du développement et de l'exécution de stratégies marketing qui renforcent la notoriété de la marque, augmentent les ventes et engagent notre public cible.

Responsabilités:

- Développer et mettre en œuvre du matériel et des outils de marketing pour soutenir les franchisés
- Élaborer et exécuter des plans et des stratégies de marketing qui s'alignent sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et les publics cibles
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs pour créer des campagnes marketing, des promotions et des événements convaincants qui stimulent l'engagement des clients et les ventes
- Analyser les performances marketing et fournir des informations et des recommandations d'amélioration

Qualifications:

- Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe
- 5+ années d'expérience en marketing, avec un accent sur le marketing de l'industrie du plein air (préféré)
- Expérience avérée dans le développement et l'exécution de campagnes et d'initiatives marketing réussies
- Expérience dans le développement et l'exécution de campagnes et d'initiatives de marketing de marque et multi-sites réussies
- Expérience de la gestion d'une équipe et du développement de talents en marketing
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'établir des relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
- Excellentes compétences écrites et orales en français et en anglais.
