Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Lean Consultant to join us in Toronto, serving clients across North America on a contract basis. In this role, you will deliver consultative support, mentor client teams, and craft Lean management solutions. Overseeing project execution, you will uphold budget adherence and timely completion.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Lean Management and Operational Excellence
- Demonstrated operational leadership experience, preferably in a prominent manufacturing environment
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively to meet project deadlines and financial targets
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Valued experience in manufacturing, supply chain & distribution, Lean facility layouts, Lean services, SMEs, or food & agriculture sectors
