About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Health Economics and Market Access team in Paris or Barcelona. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the French Market Access (FMA) offer, collaborating with Analysts and Lead Consultants, and overseeing project management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the FMA offer in collaboration with Analysts and Lead Consultants.
- Perform project management tasks, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects.
- Handle people management responsibilities to ensure smooth operation within teams.
- Oversee budgeting for projects to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
- Spearhead project teams for the FMA offer, ensuring timely delivery of quality outputs.
About You
- You have between 3-4 years' experience, preferably within consulting or related industry sectors.
- You possess a strong knowledge of French market access strategies.
- Your project management skills are top-notch, and you can effectively lead teams through complex projects from start to finish.
- You demonstrate proficiency in health economy concepts, enabling you to provide valuable insights on project feasibility.
- You're adept at managing budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- You have a proven track record of managing people and fostering team collaboration.
- Your communication skills are excellent, and you can effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
