As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling the hotel's products and services to current clients and soliciting new clients;
  • Organizing site visits and familiarization tours;
  • Representing the hotel and the Tidan group at trade shows, events, etc.;
  • Identifying potential client markets and qualifying them;
  • Achieving and exceeding sales objectives in accordance with our action plan;
  • Responding to incoming requests for markets, corporate, association, sports, and travel;
  • Preparing proposals, contracts, etc.;
  • Collaborating with the event coordinator and making necessary arrangements to satisfy clients;
  • Maintaining client records;
  • Performing any other related task.

What we offer:

  • We offer a salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000, as well as a shared group insurance coverage and a daily meal allowance of $10.

Required Profile:

  • You are motivated and enjoy challenges.
  • You know how to manage your priorities and are organized.
  • You have a keen interest in sales and customer relationship management.
  • You adopt a professional attitude and enjoy developing relationships with different clients.
  • You have practical knowledge of the Office suite, Outlook, Opera, or another PMS.
  • You are perfectly fluent in French and English.
  • You have a good understanding of hotel services.
  • You know how to manage unforeseen circumstances and find solutions to satisfy the client.

Education:

  • E.C. (Diplôme d'études collégiales)
  • Requirement


Bachelor's degree
  • Asset

Required Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years or more of experience in sales and/or event coordination and/or in a tourism company.

Languages:

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required in this position as we serve an international clientele.
