At Coke Canada Bottling, we focus on creating top-notch experiences, not just stocking shelves. Our Merchandisers are the friendly faces that ensure easy access to Coke Canada Bottling products in local stores. They are essential in maintaining well-stocked beverage sections and eye-catching displays. Our Merchandisers are not just representatives; they excel in delivering exceptional service.

The Details:

This is a part-time role starting soon. The weekly hours can vary from 20 to 30 hours, potentially reaching 40 hours during busy periods.

Wage: $18.17 per hour + $0.62 per kilometer

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shifts: Flexible between 7 AM - 7 PM

Hours: 20-30 hours per week

  • Maintain and restock products on shelves, displays, and coolers by moving them from storage to the sales floor using equipment.
  • Set up, change, or remove product displays while following company guidelines, ensuring correct signage, cleanliness, and dealing with damaged items.
  • Lift and position products weighing up to 50lbs above shoulder height without help.
  • Regularly kneel, squat, and reach overhead.
  • Organize backroom stock, monitor inventory levels, handle damaged goods, and complete required paperwork.
  • Adhere to all Coke Canada Bottling and store policies regarding inventory, displays, equipment, and safety.
  • Keep work area clean and follow safety protocols.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment over distances without assistance.
  • Handle and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Access to a personal vehicle during working hours.
  • At least one year of experience in grocery, retail, or warehouse settings preferred.
  • Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks is a plus.
  • Prior experience working independently with minimal supervision is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.
