Job Summary

Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Person to join our team in Regina. As a key member of our parts team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information about parts availability and pricing.
  • Unload, receive, and store incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard.
  • Locate and ship parts and materials to customers and other branches.
  • Support branch service technicians as needed.
  • Place inventory stock orders and make adjustments to inventory and bin levels.
  • Accurately document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information.
  • Operate parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems.
Requirements
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the parts/warehousing trade.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the parts industry.
  • Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills.
  • Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset.
