Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Orillia, ON.

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control measures, conducting audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing quality assurance processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring that products meet the required standards.


Responsibilities:
Knowledge of ISO 9001, develop, implement, and maintain the quality management program;Performing quality audits, establish quality standards using defined and measurable metrics;Train all employees to meet quality standards in all areas of the production process;Work closely with sales, customer service and the operations team to address customer complaints;Implement investigation process for managing complaints from start to finish;Manage the internal auditing program by performing daily/weekly audits;Develop and Implement quality corrective action process;Provide training to employees and management on quality standards and practices;Participate in weekly production meetings providing quality updates;Monitor finished products to confirm their compliance with quality standards and remove and contain those which fail to comply;Other responsibilities as assigned
