As an HR Business Partner, you will align HR strategies with business goals, offering strategic guidance while fostering a supportive work atmosphere. The perfect candidate should have at least 7-10 years of diverse Human Resources experience, including five years in a leadership position within the professional services sector. You should have a thorough grasp of HR principles and regulations and the ability to drive meaningful changes while acting as a top-notch advisor to your supported teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted advisor to senior management, offering expert advice on various HR aspects like employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create and execute HR strategies that align with company objectives and boost employee engagement and productivity.
  • Regularly assess HR practices to identify areas needing improvement and devise action plans to overcome obstacles.
  • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair policy application and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace.
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives by working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment plans, and engage in the selection process.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and staff on HR matters such as performance management, career growth, and employee relations.
