Job Description

Fairmont Gold Supervisor - Full Time
At Fairmont Waterfront, unparalleled service and luxury await guests of Fairmont Gold, our exclusive executive floor with private lounge. As a Fairmont Gold Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of an exceptional guest journey from the moment they arrive through to their departure. What you will be doing:

Provide exceptional concierge information to our guests about local attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events and other available services Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way Review all Fairmont Gold reservations to ensure requests are met Assist guests in the Fairmont Gold lounge with food and beverage service Manage the tasks between the pantry, lounge and Fairmont Gold desk Address guest concerns promptly and effectively Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Professional, service-focused personality is essential Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Previous Front Desk experience in a luxury environment required Proficient in Microsoft and property management systems, preferably Opera Post Secondary degree in a related discipline an asset Serving it Right and Food Safe certification required Strong verbal and written communication skills A member of Les Clef d'Or an asset Highly responsible and reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, overtime shifts, split shifts and holidays Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
