Marketing CoordinatorWe are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and lead various marketing initiatives starting from July 8, 2024.As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing a variety of marketing initiatives. Your role will involve digital marketing, project management, trade show organization, live streaming, video editing, supporting the graphic design team, and social media management. Your analytical skills will be crucial for report analysis, ensuring effective campaign performance. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges will be essential in this dynamic environment.Experience Required:· 1-2 years in a similar position in the Jewelry Sector in E-commerce· 4 years in a position in B2B marketing, B2B sales or similar· Proven record of project management experience as a coordinator or similar role· Bachelor's degree or higherSkills Required & Tasks:· Excellent reporting and analysis skills· Writing skills for articles about the jewelry sector as well as gathering and researching communication material· Answer Customer Inquiries· Assist and coordinate the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials· Co-ordinate digital campaigns· Creative thinking & graphic design proficiency· Prepare presentations for B2B clients about marketing strategies & sales analytics· Maintain creative asset database· Experience in organizing digital live shows· Video editing skills· Bilingual in English and French, German is a plus· Demonstrated success in organizing trade shows and exhibitions· Digital marketing experience, including Search ads and display ads· Experience with managing and selling on marketplaces· Social media management experience· Proven record of preparing marketing strategies and materials· Ability to work under pressure· Flexibility and adaptability to tackle new challenges dailyRequired programs:· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)· Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva· E-camm for live streaming· Video editing programs such as Premiere Pro and ClipChamp· Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Promote IQ, Mirakle, and Walmart Connect· Experience with selling on EtsyCommitment:· You need to be able to commute to our office located in Montreal, CanadaHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, cover letter, and a portfolio showcasing relevant projects to Note: Only Candidates submitting a portfolio and cover letter with proof of relevant experience will be contacted.
