La société Bertone est actuellement à la recherche d'un Comptable immobilier senior qui supervisera la comptabilité d'un portefeuille de propriétés commerciales / de détail.

Vous serez en charge de la gestion de l'ensemble des dossiers de comptabilité et de reporting :

Préparer les rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels ainsi que les documents de travail, y compris les comptes de l'état des résultats, les bilans et les tableaux des flux de trésorerie, pour le portefeuille attribué ;

Coordonner et fournir un soutien lors des audits financiers, en répondant aux demandes d'audit et en veillant au respect des normes comptables..

Créer et distribuer des analyses financières trimestriels aux clients externes, en veillant à la transparence et à la clarté.

Analyser et préparer les tableaux d'amortissement et d'immobilisations sur une base trimestrielle ;
