About the Role:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for:

  • Participating in financial and statutory audits and foreign jurisdiction accounting
  • Assisting in the implementation of changing accounting standards (IFRS) and other evolving compliance requirements
  • Performing accounting, reconciliation, and analysis of corporate income, sales and value-added tax accounts
  • Performing accounting, reconciliation, and analysis of tangible and intangible capital asset transactions and balances
  • Participating in other statutory filing requirements and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • CPA designation
  • 3+ years' accounting firm experience
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365
  • Mix of Audit and Tax Experience
  • Experience in supervision of staff and projects
