Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support our team at Cosmetic Physician Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records and reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full accounting cycle for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, subledger schedules, and documentation, providing transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare consolidating and eliminating entries at different levels of the organization, ensuring seamless financial reporting.
  • Develop and review timely month-end close processes, ensuring all pertinent transactions are recorded and accounted for.
  • Assist with year-end audit and tax preparation processes, providing accurate and complete financial information.
  • Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure smooth payables processing, supporting timely payments to vendors and stakeholders.
  • Perform other accounting and financial tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage work with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
