Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of accounting systems and providing support to accounting teams
  • Assist with planning, testing, and implementation of system functionality improvements
  • Support the development and implementation of a financial statement reporting tool for all divisions
  • Collaborate with the IT department to maintain a database of financial and operational metrics
  • Work on consistent KPI reporting across all divisions
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting
  • Train operations and accounting teams on using Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Plan and implement improvements to the company's budget tool

Required Skills

Required Experience

  • Experience in an accounting setting with knowledge of Accounting System Software
  • Proficiency in Excel and some exposure to Microsoft Power BI

  • Degree/diploma in Business/Accounting; advanced degree or Accounting designation preferred
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
