Lancée par le référencement payant en 2015, l'équipe s'est consolidée à travers le temps ce qui nous a permis de développer de multiples expertises. Notre but: pouvoir nous positionner comme stratèges pour nos partenaires d'affaires puis les accompagner sur les expertises qui auront le plus de valeur ajoutée pour eux.
**MISSIONS**
**En tant que Stagiaire - Analyste SEO, voici tes missions principales**:
Stratégie:
- Analyse et compréhension des enjeux sectoriels, géographiques et stratégiques de chaque client
Opérations:
- Aide sur le SEO On-Site : Révision et optimisation de contenu on-site (stratégie on page, maillage interne et externe, intégration et révision de contenu)
- Aide sur le SEO Off-Site : Définition de stratégie avec l'aide d'un analyste, analyse concurrentielle, création de liens entrants de qualité
- Aide sur les outils de suivi et d'analyse : Configuration des outils d'analyse, analyse et calcul du ROI
- Analyse des rapports de performance des clients
**PROFIL**
**Cette expérience est une opportunité à saisir pour toi si tu possèdes ces compétences**:
Compétences professionnelles:
- Notions des outils SEO ( AhRefs, SemRush, GTMetrix, Screaming Frog, Yoast SEO, Site Explorer,...) et d'analyse (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Bases de Wordpress (création/optimisation de pages et des outils d'insertion/ compression de médias)
Les compétences suivantes seraient un plus:
- Une expérience SEO en entreprise
- Certifications Digital Garage & SemRush Academy SEO Fundamental Exam
- Français / Anglais courants

**LA VIE CHEZ INTÉGRAL**
**Développement et Évolution**:
Au sein du collectif Intégral, nous essayons de bâtir des projets autour des membres de notre équipe, dans un objectif unique : faire le plus long bout de chemin ensemble pour accompagner les projets des équipes et des entreprises respectives.
Dans ce sens, nous avons conçu un outil : Le Plan de développement. Ce dernier permet d'envisager l'évolution du rôle, des responsabilités, des objectifs ainsi que des rémunérations associées pour les 3 prochaines années.
