- Develop tailored segmentation strategies utilizing predictive models
- Recognize significant trends and create automated reporting and executive-level dashboards
- Derive actionable insights from extensive, intricate customer behavior datasets
- Oversee and evaluate multivariate experiments to enhance product offerings
- Articulate complex concepts and their implications to stakeholders
- Prioritize initiatives based on organizational objectives
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to swiftly execute and refine strategies

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience utilizing analytics to influence key business decisions
- A proven history of independent work and effective stakeholder engagement
- Extensive experience with SQL and large, unstructured datasets
- A solid grasp of statistical analysis and prevalent analytical methodologies
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred qualifications include:
- A Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field
- Prior experience as a product-focused data analyst
- Successful collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams
