Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at work on time and prepared.
  • Maintain office equipment and facilities.
  • Receive, dispense, and maintain a supply of office supplies.
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, computers, printers, and scanners.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Excellent communication skills including good telephone manners. Excellent customer service skills with warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer questions from patients about services offered by the practice.
  • Highly profesional and can maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Be familiar with EPIC electronic system. Book and arrange surgeries in hospital using EPIC.
  • Manage office finances including all aspects of billing and payroll.
  • Able to input and submit OHIP billings.
  • Retrieve blood and imaging reports prior to patients office appointments
  • Able to work well and get along with office staff and patients. With good sense of humor.
  • Assist and chaperone with office patient examinations and procedures.
  • Providing clerical support including typing of medical consult letters

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-26 per week

Salary:
$18.28-$19.31 per hour
