About us
Our receptionist will be responsible for establishing priorities for office operations and performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties within a clinical and medical practice setting.
- Health background
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable with answering phone calls
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient information and ensure that it is uptodate and correct
- Answer patient questions in a professional manner.
- Manage clinic appointments.
- Patient registration and complying with all clinic procedures related within (Data entry)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong work ethic, with ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in fastpaced environment and work collaboratively with healthcare team
Job Type:
Part-time
Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajax, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
