30% Retail Orders

Enter / revise / manage order(s) in JDE as required to maintain accuracy Add all backup documentation to the Sales Order in JDE Request Lease Documentation as required Create / receive Purchase Orders (New Power on Sales Order only and other services) as required Obtain and confirm delivery information with Sales Rep prior to arranging delivery Invoice customer and distribute docs to relevant departments (Invoice Package) Generate Manual Invoice requests as required Scan Mans – follow up and action as required Maintain Smart Sheet Create transfers (ST/OT's) between branches as required

Activity B

15% Wholesale/Rental on Site Orders

Enter / revise / manage order(s) in JDE as required to maintain accuracy Add all backup documentation to the Sales Order in JDE Obtain and confirm delivery information with Sales Rep prior to arranging delivery Create Invoice Package and distribute as required Generate Manual Invoice requests as required. Maintain Smart Sheet Create transfers (ST/OT's) between branches as required
