Join our Team as a People Operations Partner at FedEx Supply Chain, Inc.

The People Operations Partner plays a key role as a strategic partner and advisor to operational teams, offering guidance in various areas such as workplace investigations, payroll inquiries, employee relations, policy interpretation, and employment law.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Consults with management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Guides employees and managers to enhance business performance and engagement.
  • Collaborates with HR associates and employees to address employee relations issues.
  • Investigates internal and external complaints up to management level.
  • Conducts exit interviews and provides analysis reports.
  • Develops action plans to comply with local laws.
  • Assists in the performance review process and talent acquisition.
  • Ensures compliance with compensation and benefit programs.
  • Helps coordinate merit increase processes and promotions.
  • Supports strategic staffing needs within the business.
  • Identifies gaps, proposes changes, and mitigates risks.
  • Supports organizational initiatives and drives HR integration synergies.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred, with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or GED with 8+ years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in workplace investigations and strategic advising.
  • Customer service oriented and a strong team player.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements

  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Ability to interpret information and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to use hands and complete tasks while sitting, walking, or standing.
  • Must possess visual acuity and ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions

Standard office environment with no hazardous conditions. Work is conducted within an office setting with access to necessary equipment.
