IBM System Services Representative- Kitchener / Waterloo in Markham , Ontario

System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services.

You will advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client's IT operation.

The System Services Representative is responsible for all activities related to providing service to IBM and other equipment manufactures Servers & Mainframes, including the peripheral equipment that makes up a complex system environment.

With occasional requirements to work off prime shift and weekends, including standby/on call rotation. The position requires an organized team player with multiple years' experience in a professional services environment. Junior Professional Level candidates are acceptable.
