This position will be key to the future of our product team, and will oversee the product development lifecycle for the entire organization, from project conception all the way through launch and analysis. While receiving support and guidance, they will be responsible for idea generation, prioritization, discovery, prototyping, user testing, quality assurance, deployment, and analysis. Drive the development and enhancement of features for the native app, focusing on telehealth capabilities, appointment booking, membership management, and overall user experience
Manage the prioritization of features and improvements based on business objectives, user feedback, and technical feasibility
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features, conducting sprint planning, and providing guidance throughout the development process
Analyze key metrics and user feedback to measure product performance and iterate on features to drive engagement and satisfaction
Participate in the product management efforts for internal cloud-based applications, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
Oversee the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions within internal applications to streamline workflows and improve productivity
Manage the marketing website's product features, focusing on optimizing the onboarding experience to convert visitors into members
Utilize data-driven insights and A/B testing to continuously optimize the acquisition funnel and improve conversion rates
1+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
~ Understanding of mobile app development processes and trade-offs, etc
~ Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools such as Shortcut, Jira, Trello, or similar
~ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements
~ Passion for healthcare innovation and improving the customer experience in the digital space
~ Moderate knowledge of Google Sheets and beginner familiarity with SQL (or willingness to learn quickly) is a plus

Cette position sera clé pour l'avenir de notre équipe produit et supervisera le cycle de développement du produit pour l'ensemble de l'organisation, depuis la conception du projet jusqu'au lancement et à l'analyse. Tout en recevant un soutien et de l'orientation, cette personne sera responsable de la génération d'idées, de la priorisation, de la découverte, du prototypage, des tests utilisateur, de l'assurance qualité, du déploiement . Vous devez être compétent en anglais, car les clients que nous soutenons sont basés en dehors du Québec et nécessiteront des communications en anglais. Conduire le développement et l'amélioration des fonctionnalités de l'application native, en mettant l'accent sur les capacités de télémédecine, la prise de rendez-vous, la gestion des adhésions et l'expérience utilisateur globale.
Gérer la priorisation des fonctionnalités et des améliorations en fonction des objectifs commerciaux, des retours des utilisateurs et de la faisabilité technique.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie pour garantir la livraison en temps voulu de fonctionnalités de haute qualité, en effectuant la planification des sprints et en fournissant des conseils tout au long du processus de développement.
Analyser les indicateurs clés de performance et les retours des utilisateurs pour mesurer la performance du produit et itérer sur les fonctionnalités afin de stimuler l'engagement et la satisfaction.
Participer aux efforts de gestion de produit pour les applications internes basées sur le cloud, en collaborant avec les parties prenantes pour identifier les opportunités d'automatisation et d'optimisation des processus.
Superviser le développement et le déploiement de solutions basées sur l'IA au sein des applications internes pour rationaliser les flux de travail et améliorer la productivité.
Gérer les fonctionnalités produit du site web marketing, en mettant l'accent sur l'optimisation de l'expérience d'intégration pour convertir les visiteurs en membres.
Utiliser des insights basés sur les données et des tests A/B pour optimiser continuellement l'entonnoir d'acquisition et améliorer les taux de conversion.
Diplôme de premier cycle en psychologie, en affaires ou en marketing préféré
~1 an d'expérience minimum dans des rôles de gestion de produit, de préférence dans un environnement de démarrage à rythme soutenu
~ Compréhension des processus de développement d'applications mobiles et des compromis associés, etc.
~ Expérience de travail avec des méthodologies de développement agile et des outils tels que Shortcut, Jira, Trello ou similaires.
~ Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de traduire les données mesurées en améliorations produit concrètes.
~ Passion pour l'innovation en matière de soins de santé et l'amélioration de l'expérience client dans l'espace numérique.
~ Une connaissance modérée de Google Sheets et une familiarité débutante avec SQL (ou la volonté d'apprendre rapidement) sont un plus.
