Are you a recent graduate, looking for a way to get your foot in the door of a really great company? Do you like to challenge the status quo? We are offering a 1-year contract for a hybrid role that can be located in the Mississauga/GTA or Montreal areas.

Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible the development of innovative tools and tactics aligned to the strategic priorities of our primary growth brand in COPD. This Associate Product Manager will work under the supervision of the Director of Marketing alongside a high performing team of Product Managers.

Primary Responsibilities

Contribute to strategic brand planning; responsible for creation of cross-functional tactical plans & execution of marketing components Support the development and integration of omnichannel assets aligned to our strategies Work seamlessly with sales team to identify local areas of opportunity, create tactics aligned to opportunity to drive increased sales of the COPD portfolio Support projects/programs with input from and collaboration with internal cross-functional team and external partners Build highly impactful tactical salesforce implementation guides and training materials Provide ongoing analysis and gather insights into market forces that have potential to impact business and action plans to address near-term opportunities and threats Share knowledge and best practices across therapy and functional areas and teams Monitor risk management plans and execute mitigation strategies as needed

Qualifications Required:

Bachelors Degree 2-3 days at Head Office – Mississauga or Montreal Competitively focused and ability to challenge the status quo Exceptionally self-motivated, engaged, passionate, committed, invested in the business, with a solutions oriented mindset Excellence in communication and customer engagement skills in English is a must have Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills (e.g. ability to synthesize conclusions and hypotheses based on a broad set of data sources) Ability to effectively work and contribute in a team-based environment Demonstrated time & project management skills. Ability to embrace and respond to change Ability to motivate & influence peers and others Ability to travel periodically to Mississauga or Montreal head office as well as off-site meetings (regional / national sales meetings, customer engagements, agency meetings)

Qualifications Preferred:

Head office experience Experience working with third party vendors and agreements Bilingualism Preferred (French/English)
