MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure compliance with our standards.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Maintains a collaborative atmosphere by communicating effectively and facilitating with employees.
  • Establish staff needs or work schedules.
  • Executes all other tasks requested by the franchisee.
  • Oversees the activities of the servers and other dining room personnel
  • Maintains a good working environment
  • Recruits and hires the dining room personnel
  • Supervises the organization of personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensures the quality of the food meets standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a team leader or manager in a restaurant
  • Must be in Canada

From $40,000.00 per year
