As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, your pivotal role encompasses providing technical support and effective remediation strategies. Collaboratively, our team endeavors to empower small and medium-sized enterprises with cutting-edge technology, fostering profitability, productivity, and a sense of security.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- comprehensive end user support, including remote assistance and onsite visits.
- level 2 projects and incident resolution efficiently.
- maintenance and development of client relationships.
- maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, applications, and security systems.
- and pursue new business opportunities with clients.
- as a liaison between clients and third-party vendors/suppliers.
- effectively with clients to understand and address their needs and expectations.
- all actions and maintain ticketing systems for efficient tracking.
- and maintain client platforms, including Azure Cloud and on-premises solutions.
- timely response to incidents, outages, and performance alerts.
- and prioritize incidents based on customer business requirements.

Education and certifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering or any other related field.

Required Skills:

5+ years of expertise in VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms, Windows Server administration, MSA/SAN installation, and Microsoft Server operating systems.

Proven expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and supporting a range of Microsoft products, including Windows Server, all Windows desktop OS' from Win 7 Professional forward, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in general server administration duties and exposure to Azure, Datto, VMware, Hyper V, O365, and all suites of MS products, along with familiarity with various AV platforms.

Excelling in Remote Support for a Variety of Technologies Utilizing Different Remote Connectivity Tools. Proficient in Client-Side Computing and Maintaining Technical Documentation.

Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of printers and desktops, coupled with adeptness in general server administration duties.

Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting of components such as Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.

Hands-on knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus, and spam filtering software, with practical experience in Firewalls, switches, and wireless technologies, preferably in Cisco, Watchguard, Fortinet, Sophos, and Ubiquiti.

Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently, demonstrating a team attitude, honesty, integrity, and a commitment to professional growth.

Preferred Skills:

Professional certifications in additional technology fields, including AutoTask PSA, DATTO RMM, Kaseya VSA, and ITGlue.

Formation et certifications :

Compétences requises :
