Additional skills and training are required for some positions and are filled based on the candidate's ability and the department's operational requirements;Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner;Assist guests with entering TD Place and navigating around the Lansdowne site;Guide and direct guests to designated areas;Checking and scanning tickets and directing guests to their seats;Informing guests about the location of the restrooms, refreshments, exits, and other key areas;Answering questions and resolving any issues brought up by guests;Assisting guests with disabilities or other impairments, as needed;Support customers in locating merchandise;Product knowledge pertaining to all event merchandise;Maintain merchandise kiosk/store in presentable fashion;Enforcing event rules and relevant health and safety regulations;Providing guidance and assistance in emergency situations.

What's NeededProfessional and neat presentation;The ability to provide excellent customer service;Flexible attitude, accountable, and a team player;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Highly organized and attentive to detail;The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations;The ability to apply training to problem solve in the moment;The ability to stand for extended periods;Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays;POS experience is an asset;Valid Smart Serve Ontario certification;Bilingualism is considered an asset.
