Position Overview

The Guest Services Representative is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing invoices, and processing payments for guests checking out. This role involves effective communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to address and fulfill guest requests promptly. The Representative is tasked with assigning and reserving rooms for incoming guests, managing same-day bookings, and pre-registering guests as necessary. Additionally, they may assist in escorting guests to their accommodations. Collaboration with guest services agents is essential to ensure the seamless handling of guest luggage during both check-in and check-out processes.

Qualifications

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
  2. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  3. Familiarity with OPERA software is necessary.
  4. Exceptional focus on guest satisfaction, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in various computer applications is essential.
