Job Title: Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team at Spirit Ridge Resort. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure team members are equipped to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and improving guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
