Reporting to the Reception supervisors, the Receptionist takes room reservations, welcomes guests upon arrival and during their stay, provides information on the establishment and its services as well as on tourist attractions, and receives payments from customers.


Job description:
Take reservations
Coordinate client arrivals and departures
Sell hotel products and services
Collect payments for offered services
Answer questions regarding hotel services, tourist attractions, and regional activities
Coordinate group arrivals and departures
Handle incoming calls
Address customer complaints
Perform any other customer service related tasks

Skills:
Ability to work in a team
Proficient in computer use and knowledge of IQWARE
Shows initiative
Resourceful and versatile
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrates discipline and precision in executing tasks

Education:

High School Diploma

Languages:
We require bilingualism (French and English) as we serve an international clientele.

Availability:
Variable schedule (starting from 7:00 am), evenings, and weekends.
