Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Le Cue Pool & Lounge / Bao Babies.

The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the establishment.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, problem solving skills, and the ability to oversee daily operations while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.

We are also seeking for an individual who desires to grow within the company and become involved with the expansion to different locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in supervising staff members to ensure quality delivery and customer service adhering to company standards.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints or issues, and continuously seeking ways to enhance customer experience.
  • Help manage all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to, inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in training new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards. Provide ongoing coaching and support to the team to foster growth and performance.
  • Assist in monitoring sales, revenue, and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with General Manager in organizing and executing special events, promotions, and digital marketing.
  • Oversee clealiness and maintenance of the establishment, including but not limited to equipment, furniture, and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Proactively address any issues and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Smart Serve Certified
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a bar or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Solid knowledge of bar/restaurant operations and regulatory rules.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient coimputer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • First Aid Certified

Assest:

Salary:
$16.50-$18.50 per hour
