Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Le Cue Pool & Lounge / Bao Babies.
The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the establishment.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, problem solving skills, and the ability to oversee daily operations while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.
We are also seeking for an individual who desires to grow within the company and become involved with the expansion to different locations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in supervising staff members to ensure quality delivery and customer service adhering to company standards.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints or issues, and continuously seeking ways to enhance customer experience.
- Help manage all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to, inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in training new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards. Provide ongoing coaching and support to the team to foster growth and performance.
- Assist in monitoring sales, revenue, and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with General Manager in organizing and executing special events, promotions, and digital marketing.
- Oversee clealiness and maintenance of the establishment, including but not limited to equipment, furniture, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Proactively address any issues and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Smart Serve Certified
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a bar or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Solid knowledge of bar/restaurant operations and regulatory rules.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient coimputer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- First Aid Certified

Salary:
$16.50-$18.50 per hour
