Responsibilities:

  • Scan items for receiving, picking and transferring
  • Drive to other warehouse Delivery etc.
  • Preparing items for packaging and packing finished items
  • Move and stack materials
  • Preparing and boxing items to be on pallets for shipping
  • Responding to and assisting with delivery truck loading and unloading
  • Rotating floor stock
  • Ongoing organization of space
  • Verifying shipment paperwork (orders/invoices/packing slips etc.)
  • Follow management operating guidelines and procedures
  • Using warehouse management software
  • Receive/process shipments
  • Delivering shipments to nearby warehouses
  • Periodic inventory cycle count
  • Perform other duty as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous warehouse experience is required
  • Ability to multitask and work well under time constraints
  • Able to work in a busy environment
  • Ability to follow workflow and schedules
  • Driving License in a good standing
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with coworkers, supervisors
  • Strong attention to detail and willing to work shifts and overtime
  • Any related mobile/electronics industry work experience is an asset
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON M3A1B2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- warehouse: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • G Driving Licence in a good standing (required)
  • Forklift Licence (required)
