**INTRODUCTION**
Le CSC Nouvelon offre une éducation catholique de langue française reconnue pour son excellence. Avec près de 6 100 élèves répartis dans 37 lieux d'enseignement dont 27 écoles élémentaires, 9 écoles secondaires et le Carrefour Option+ (école secondaire offrant également des programmes d'éducation permanente), le CSC Nouvelon offre un milieu propice à l'apprentissage et un programme éducatif de qualité, de la petite enfance à l'âge adulte. Il compte quelque 1 600 employés.
Situé au cœur d'un territoire dynamique et à grande proportion francophone, le CSC Nouvelon occupe une place de choix parmi les conseils scolaires de langue française en Ontario et au Canada français. Le territoire du CSC Nouvelon englobe les communautés de Chapleau, Dubreuilville, Espanola, Grand Sudbury, Hornepayne, Michipicoten, Rive Nord, Sault Ste-Marie et Sudbury-Est.

**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**
En respect de la mission, de la vision, des vertus, des croyances, des politiques et des directives administratives du Conseil, la personne est sous la supervision de la Lead en santé mentale et bien-être. La personne qui occupe ce poste a pour rôle de faire la promotion du bien-être, la prévention auprès des élèves à risques, et d'offrir des services de consultations et d'interventions auprès des élèves et des familles, ainsi que des consultations auprès du personnel scolaire. Elle agit également comme conseillère dans la gestion de dossier d'assiduité des élèves de l'école.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Appuyer la stratégie en santé mentale et le plan d'action des conseils scolaires en favorisant l'approche échelonnée (promotion, prévention et intervention);
- Effectuer des évaluations et des interventions auprès des élèves et de leur famille et faire des recommandations ainsi que les aiguillages appropriés;
- Participer à la planification, l'exécution et l'évaluation d'interventions individuelles et de groupes dans un contexte multidisciplinaire;
- Bâtir la capacité en matière de santé mentale du personnel qui œuvre auprès des élèves;
- Au besoin, offrir un accompagnement au personnel scolaire, aux élèves et à leur famille;
- Effectuer la liaison avec les organismes et agences sociocommunautaires en appui à l'élève et sa famille;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe de bien-être et inclusion, l'équipe en enfance en difficulté et les écoles.
**QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCES**
- Détenir un minimum de 3 années d'expérience dans le domaine est considérer un atout.
**COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES**
- Capacité de travailler en équipe dans un contexte multidisciplinaire;
- Connaissance pratique du secteur de l'éducation de l'Ontario, particulièrement en enfance en difficulté, santé mentale, équité et inclusion;
- Connaissance des lois et des règlements pertinents de l'Ontario;
- Aptitude à utiliser les technologies de l'information liées aux différentes fonctions du poste;
- Excellent sens de l'organisation, de l'initiative et du travail de qualité;
- Capacité de travailler de manière autonome;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des deux langues officielles, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Permis de conduire en règle et capacité à se déplacer sur le territoire du CSC Nouvelon.
