The Area Sales & Education Executive (ASEE) plays a key role in supporting our client brands strategically across various retail locations. This position involves achieving sales targets, fostering relationships, and enhancing brand visibility. As an ASEE, you may lead a team of Sales & Education Specialists (SES) to drive sales goals and enhance in-store performance.

Reporting to the Sr. DirectorField Sales, you will work with a dynamic and results-driven team. Being results-oriented, innovative, and having a deep passion for the beauty industry are core requirements for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets in the assigned territory.
  • Forge strong relationships at the store level with BA's, Store Leadership, and territory DM's.
  • Provide regular business updates on the territory's performance and opportunities.
  • Organize and oversee in-store events and product launches.
  • Monitor store rankings and competition, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Lead strategy implementation across the territory.
  • Train store staff on brand information and product demonstrations.
  • Hold accountability for SES performance in the region.
  • Coach and enhance SES performance through store visits and communication.
  • Establish effective relationships with corporate teams to align strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and familiarity with the retail environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for external and internal influence.
  • Team-player with strong motivation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Weekend availability and flexibility to meet job requirements.
  • Beauty-oriented and capable of representing the company culture professionally.
  • Must have a vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
