a day in the life

As Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing lululemon brand to our guests through various initiatives and campaigns across a variety of channels.

You will inspire, guide and lead collaboration with cross-functional partners and support smooth campaign operations throughout execution.

  • Partners with (Sr.) Brand Managers to bring North America Initiatives to life
  • Drafts, maintains and monitors the Project Roadmap/Timeline, Budget, and Deliverables Lists, intaking needs from crossfunctional partners and in close partnership with Brand Manager
  • Coordinates with operations, channel and creative teams to ensure projects remain on track and all partner teams have necessary information
  • Act as central point of contact and information hub: responsible for taking notes in meetings, sharing action items, managing project timelines
  • Partners with Merchandising and Sample Ops teams on sample ordering, product availability by season
  • Supports Brand Management team in creating presentation materials, including strategy decks, campaign reporting, and briefs
  • Partners with Brand Manager to steward the budget for all initiatives and /or global campaigns, including reconciling actuals against forecast

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Effective and collaborative stakeholder manager across the organization
  • Expert negotiator, influencer and relationship builder
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment
  • Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenging deliverables.
