As the world continues to open to travel post Covid, we will yet again expand our services as a global content agency and continue to deliver the level of excellence for which we are famous.

The opportunity that we have at VRX Studios is the role of a Brand Manager who will lead their own client relationships from strategic recommendation through to execution for our hospitality clients, on multiple brands, for multiple countries as part of a larger team.

What You Will Do

Day-to-Day Client Management
The Brand Manager is responsible for management of the day-to-day initiatives of their designated account/s.

The Brand Manager is instrumental in the development and implementation of new projects/plans as well as the ongoing maintenance of existing projects to ensure successful execution.

You will manage specific brand accounts under companies such as Hilton, Hyatt, Fairmont, Intercontinental Hotel Group, to name a few.


Cultivate Client Relationships


You are adept to establishing quality relationships and engage firsthand with high-level/prestigious brands and the client leads; manage all standard account leadership requirements (discovery calls, strategic recommendations, costing, project management through to delivery) as well as to manage expectations, address inquiries, and assess customer requirements with accuracy.


Knowledge/Creativity


You either bring knowledge, or have the ability to develop expertise in industry trends and research related to the accounts you lead in order to keep up with and understand the hospitality industry best practices and emerging strategies.

This knowledge will be what will keep our business and our clients business maintaining a competitive edge ( connect those to client's objectives through development of forward-thinking strategies).

You are wonderful at working cross-functionally with other departments (creative, production, sales) and are open to feedback, and providing feedback in which help us to shape how we can work more effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Be the project and client expert
  • Develop/review all clientfacing materials including presentations, marketing strategies, media/social recommendations
  • Develop solid relationships with client peers and agency associates, managing workflow and client expectations accordingly
  • Keep the client informed of all project timelines and alert them to any potential delays
  • Deliver communications in a clear, concise and consistent manner, keep the team informed to any changes in project direction, client/competitive climate
  • Oversee the development and accuracy of project timelines and budgets.
  • Recognize opportunities to crosssell and upsell current offerings
  • Ensure clients are delivering what we need to make the idea successful (reviews, approvals etc).
  • Ensure flawless execution.
  • Oversee client budget and/or scope tracker.
  • Adhere to financial policies (timesheets, expense reports, estimates, purchase orders, proformas, invoice submissions to client etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid time management skills
  • Comfort and ability to communicate with your team and your managers
  • Ability to listen and learn quickly
  • Ability to work well with others and gain trust of clients and teammates

Revenue Growth

  • Determine new ways to contribute to overall office and account profitability
  • Leverage the brand relationships for current and future business opportunities
  • Identify and seek out opportunities for new business with existing clients
  • Recognize opportunities to crosssell and upsell current offerings
