Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
  • Follow recipes and ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the catering team to ensure that all food is prepared and delivered according to schedule
  • Assist with menu planning and development
  • Monitor food quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years and more. No degree, certificate or diploma is required.
  • Previous experience as a cook or chef in a catering or restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese and Chinese cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
