We are leaders in providing quality Person Centred support through our residential, individualized and community based supports so that people can reach their greatest potential.

We have over 500 employees and work with over 400 individuals throughout the Lower Mainland.

About the Opportunity

Your role as a support worker will be providing support and actively engaging a supported individual to live a fulfilling and increasingly independent life.

You are a motivated and outgoing person with a passion to for person-centered supports.

This means you could be helping an individual to discover more of their community, learn new life-skills, find employment and more.


Some of your duties can include:

  • Providing individuals support with various life goals
  • Home support duties (including, but not limited to personal care, bathing, bathroom support, meal preparation and light housekeeping)
  • Community outings (including, but not limited to volunteering, paid employment and leisure activities)
  • Maintaining records of daily activities and goal progression

Available Positions

Position #1:
Permanent Full-time (30 hours/week)


  • Monday 9:00am5:00pm
  • Tuesday 9:00am2:00pm or 2:00pm6:00pm
  • Wednesday 9:00am11:30am or 11:30am4:30pm
  • Thursday 9:00am6:00pm
  • Friday 9:00am6:00pm
  • Potential for evenings/weekends

Position #2:
Permanent Full-time (Flexible - 30 hours/week)


  • Monday 9:00am5:00pm
  • Tuesday 9:00am5:00pm
  • Wednesday 9:00am5:00pm
  • Thursday 9:00am5:00pm
  • Friday 9:00am5:00pm
  • Potential for evenings/weekends

About You
You are interested in supporting others and show an understanding of the person-centered and active support approach.

Additionally, you have the following requirements:

_Required:

  • Class 5 driver's license and vehicle
  • Clean driver's abstract
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Clear criminal record (paid by CLS)
  • Comfortable navigating transit system
  • Comfortable supporting in a pool and gym setting
  • Comfortable with personal care

_Assets:

  • Class 5 driver's license
  • Prior paid or volunteer experience
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training
  • Knowledge of Mandt System
  • Knowledge of Person Centered Active Supports
  • Comfortable standing/walking for long periods of time
