About the Role:

To support its growth trajectory, iLobby is expanding its sales team and seeking a Key Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales. The ideal candidate excels in building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing deals that deliver value.

As a Key Account Executive, you will focus on nurturing existing enterprise accounts to expand iLobby's presence. From driving the selling process to deal closure and handoff for implementation and growth, this role offers unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.

This hybrid position requires office presence twice a week.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate opportunities within your account list, collaborating closely with Sales leadership
  • Independently identify and secure new business opportunities while aligning with the overall sales strategy
  • Collaborate with the Account Development Rep to build an outbound sales engine for your territory
  • Conduct platform demos as needed and leverage Sales Engineer support for complex deals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities in Salesforce and lead efforts through contracting and handoff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunity close rate
  • Ensure high forecast accuracy

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of B2B software sales experience
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Proven ability to build and grow a pipeline within an assigned region
  • Passion for revenue generation and expertise in working with complex enterprise clients
  • Experience in engaging with senior decision makers at enterprise accounts
  • Collaborative nature and proficiency in virtual sales environments
  • Curiosity to uncover customer needs and commitment to continuous learning and growth
  • Experience in selling to complex B2B enterprises is advantageous
