Responsibilities:

  • Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
  • Designing and implementing organizational change and communications around system improvements and net new technology product integrations and/or deployments
  • Developing reports on metrics, utilization, engagement, crafting materials and aligned with strategic plans for enterprisewide quarterly, halfyearly, and annual reporting cycles
  • Collaborating and supporting the HRIS project team with user acceptance, integration, and system testing to further optimize the current SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module
  • Actively participating in the ongoing evaluation, vetting, and demonstrations from emerging talent technology vendors

Qualifications:

  • Passion for learning new concepts and systems
  • Validated ability to grasp new technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Five (5) years' configuration, implementation, and superadministration with platforms like Lever or Greenhouse, and enterprisegrade ATS products in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Workday
  • Seven (7) years+ combined expertise in fullcycle recruiting, tactical headhunting, talent sourcing, service delivery, technical support, customer service, sales, and facilitation
  • Tried and true communicator, with an unparalleled ability to establish rapport, present, and collaborate across a wide variety of technical and nontechnical staff
  • Desire to work efficiently and achieve results individually, and as a part of a cohesive working group, in a combined variety of changing environments
  • Familiarity with; continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD), Agile, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies
