Working with an agile team, you'll learn about operational support, configuration, deployment, automation, and more, impacting the entire employee lifecycle. We're looking for someone with keen attention to detail, skilled in data analysis to spot areas for process enhancement. If you have a strong technical background, you'll play a crucial role in understanding and supporting our various talent technology tools.

Depending on the team's requirements and location, you might have to work on a specific office site or adapt to different time zones. You need to be a current student at a Canadian post-secondary institution and maintain your enrollment throughout the co-op term, with a valid work permit if needed. Flexibility is key

Responsibilities
  • Champion safety compliance and environmental practices
  • Handle and resolve support tickets and application errors efficiently
  • Perform data analysis using Python, Excel, and Power BI
  • Evaluate, configure, and support COTS products
  • Automate tasks and develop web applications using Power Automate
  • Prepare and create data dashboards using Power BI
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and authorization frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python, including pandas and JSON
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support
  • Ability to explain complex tech concepts to non-technical audience
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Driven, eager to learn, and efficient
  • Experience with Power Platform applications is a plus
Wage Range: $3,900 - $4,900 / Month

Salary varies based on academic term and co-op experience.
